Have you been thrifting lately or saleing as my brother and I like to call it when we go to yard sales? You can bet I have! Check out some of the treasures in my neck of the woods.

Planter plans for those rain boots. And I have a thing for wire baskets and metal containers lately. :) Might be able to get some use out of those for my office. Which by the way I need your ideas for soon.

A small ladle and that candy dish oh I love that candy dish. The white glass the knobby details!

And just look at the underside!

Cute little vintage sewing basket which may be of use in my office also.

A cool old frame, you know real light weight plastic and the screw on back! And a neat new to me caddy for my jewelry making tools!

There's just something about those old, vintage, used items! The quality and beauty of those yesteryear's.

If you've spent any time here with me, then you know about my love for secondhand, used, thrifty, loveliness! Check out my great finds over the weekend! Just a few this time.

Okay that lamp! I love it! $2.95 and it works bulb and all and, it's old! Not sure if I should paint it .................................................................................or not???

Doesn't it look great on my end table? I do need to do something with that lampshade though. Any suggestions for that?

Scale and 2 creamer dishes!

The creamer dishes will one day be home to some paperclips, tacks, rubber bands or something for the office. Which I will be posting about soon cause I need your design/decor ideas for my office.

And the globe and scale are in their temporary spot right here above my computer.

When ever we get a chance to get out of town one of the things I love to do while there is visit the antique and thrift shops. I absolutely love to do this. And if I can, I get some yard sales in too. I love anything old, used, vintage, or antique. Here are a few pictures of color I got at some of those places.

And one thing that my husband loves to do is to go anywhere hot rod/car show related. These are shifter knobs my friends. Pretties there too. (Actually cars are very photogenic, and I love taking photos of them.)
