I've got a treat for you today! My friend Lori of Dolly Outfitters has offered one of her lovely handmade Quilted Handbags! These would make excellent Mother's Day gifts!
Dolly Outfitters is the perfect place for all of your doll clothes and doll accessory needs! But, you may not know that Lori also makes some wonderful quilted handbags! I know these bags are so wonderful because she gifted me with one this last Christmas! And I love it!
Let me share about mine and what I love so much about it!
Size = Perfect! Not too big but not too small at 12 inches wide, 11 inches tall, and 4 inches deep.
Pockets & Space - This bag has tons of each! I don't know about you but I hate when I reach in my bag and there is just one large pocket and you have to search over every item in there to find what you needed. Not a problem at all with this one! Six pockets in all to keep your things organized. Two large main zippered pockets to hold your larger items such as wallet, planner, even a water bottle. Inside one of these large pockets you'll find a fairly large zippered side pocket. On the front of this bag there are two more zippered pockets about 6x6 inches. I love these pockets for my cell phone in one and keys in the other. I always know where they are and no panic or search when I need them. And on the back side of the bag there is a slip-in pocket that goes the width of the bag and about 6 inches tall.
Strap - Lori has strategically placed snaps so that you can adjust the strap to three different lengths!
Craftsmanship & Quality - One look and feel of this bag and you will see that it is finely made! It is durable, completely finished and fully lined! No unfinished areas or back side of fabric visable anywhere! The inside of the two smaller front pockets is even lined! And all fabric is quilted.
I also love the fact that this bag is handmade!
