{What Do I Know of Holy}: Romans 15:13 Printable

I missed last week because it was the day that the moving truck showed up to our new house and I was running crazy between getting things unloaded, doctor's appointments and church.

Today it is my birthday and on top of that, my mom is here helping us get stuff unpacked and settled in.

I did want to pop in for a second to share this free printable that my friend Mary Jo designed for our weekly {Hope for the Home} series, that takes place every Monday over at my blog.

It is one of my favorite verses of scripture and it is my birthday wish for you.

If you'd like to download this verse to print it for your own home, simply right-click on the picture and save it to your computer.  Then print it from your home printer or send it to your favorite photo processing shop!

Have a wonderful week filled with joy and peace, whatever you encounter!

{What Do I Know of Holy}: Taming the Worry Monster

I interrupt our regularly scheduled I HATE RELIGION series, to bring to you a message that I believe all women should hear.

This was posted on my blog by my friend Melanie of Only a Breath for our {Hope for the Home} series. Enjoy!

Click image to download. Keep card with you as a daily reminder.

Hi, my name is Melanie. I am a wife and mom who loves to belly-laugh and savor each moment of this precious life. I write at Only A Breath to encourage others and share the hope of God's unfailing love.... and as far back as I can remember, I've been a worrier.

When I was younger, I would worry about school, or homework, or problems with friends, or ... boys. I always thought I would outgrow the worry habit when I was older and more mature. It only made sense that as my life matured, the worry would cease. Unfortunately, that wasn't the case.

You see, as adults we just have different -- and often more serious -- issues to worry about. Now, the worry monster creeps up and wants to whisper in my ear about work deadlines, comparisons to other women, concerns over my children's safety, and so many more.

I used to think that worry was no big deal... I mean, it's not like worry is a SIN, right?

Yes, sweet friend, I think it is...(please click here to read the rest at Worthy of the Prize!)

Also, be sure to check out Melanie at Only a Breath and to enter her fun giveaway! :)

Today we have a free 5x7 Wise Men still seek Him printable! I had this printed at my local photo lab, framed it and placed it in our living room. It's such a simple reminder to seek Jesus this Christmas and always. I would definitely have no problem leaving this one out all year long. These framed prints would make great gifts too. Enjoy and we'd love to hear if you snag it!
