Have you ever used one of these? If you suffer from allergies you should give it a try. It seems kinda hard or tricky but honestly my allergic/asthmatic 5 yr old uses it. And it works wonders for my husbands allergies and asthma.

A few weeks ago I was feeling horrible. And the funny thing is that it was mostly at night. For about 2 or 3 nights every time I went to bed I would get that awful tickle in my throat that would lead to coughing. Coughing all night! Ugh! I was exhausted for a few days. Then I had a light bulb moment! Why don't I use my neti pot? And I did! And it was awesome! I did not cough one time that night and was able to get some much needed rest! Yea for me! I heart you little neti pot!

I just got one and have used it once. Afterward I had drops of saline water trickle out of my nose every once in a while for the next several hours. Is that normal?
ReplyDeleteokay, my BFF mentioned this to me when i said i was bumming that i couldn't use nyquil anymore because of the antianxiety med i was taking. i had never heard of it- and now this is the SECOND time since last week that someone has mentioned it. it did sound ridiculously hard to use the way she described it, but no?
